1. Coaching Services

Because coaching is a time-based and personalised service, all completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

For multi-session packages:

• Refunds are available only for sessions not yet delivered.

• If you wish to discontinue, you will be refunded for the unused portion, minus any discounts applied for the full package price.

2. Styling & Colour Analysis

• Once digital materials, colour palettes, or styling documents are delivered, they are non-refundable.

• If an in-person or virtual analysis has been completed, the service is considered fulfilled.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Less than 24 hours = session considered used.

4. No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be marked as a completed session and is not refundable.
